Health Risk Assessments:
A Health Risk Assessment would be administered to the entire population. Questions would be developed to determine physical, biometrics, emotional well-being and lifestyle behaviors. These provide a benefit to both the employee and employer.
BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYEE… After completion of the assessment an individual evaluation would be provided to each participant. They can then seek the appropriate support to manage any areas they are at risk for or that will allow them to continue to support healthy behaviors. All individual reports are kept confidential.
BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYER… The Health Risk Assessment will provide an overview of the workforce as a whole and determine the Top Risk Factors that are leading to increased premiums. Programs can them be developed to address and reduce these risks.
Every program implemented will be monitored using electronic data collection through surveys of participants. Participation, progress and outcomes will be evaluated. A detailed analysis will be provided to the Wellness Committee and Senior Management during all stages of the program. In order to maintain the confidentiality of the individual participants the data will be compiled and presented as the entire population.
