Individuals must become self-leaders in their health and well-being.   Understanding the “why” behind the Wellness Program and its initiatives will help to gain the commitment and support from the entire population.  Employees must continue with the behaviors learned through the initiatives even after the completion date.  Our goal is to help people create their “New Normal” and live healthier more productive Lifestyles.
