5 STEP APPROACH

1.  Top Down
The success of any Wellness Program is truly dependent on the support from Senior Leadership. From the Top Down an attitude and behavior of wellness must be demonstrated.  Walk the walk…talk the talk.
2.  Operations Leadership
Create a support system within the organization that will act as the eyes and ears for the program.  Establish a Wellness Committee made up of people who represent every department and are committed to the program.
3. Self-Leadership
Provide ways for individuals to become self-leaders in their health and well-being.  Encourage the entire population to participate in what the program has to offer.
4.  Incentives
Positive Reinforcement is key to success.  We will find fun and creative ways that will motivate the entire population them get involved.
5.  Quality Assurance
Data is captured on all programs, such as participation, progress and ROI. Evidence-based outcomes are monitored and reported to the company.
